With extensive experience in building and leading QA programs, I understand that every company has different needs and is at different points in their quality journey. I have honed my skills across many facets of QA testing (manual, automation, accessibility, mobile, performance) throughout my career. I understand how to implement these different facets by comprehending organizations' goals and building lightweight, flexible, and modularized processes that make sense at any point in the quality journey.

Throughout my career, I have driven the development and implementation of comprehensive QA programs and teams, ensuring high standards in software testing through crafted OKR goal management that aligns with organizational goals. My expertise in designing and implementing both manual and automated testing solutions has significantly enhanced testing efficiency, overall product reliability, and internal product knowledge.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I ensure seamless integration of QA processes throughout your entire organization. I build teams that are not only testing experts but also product and technical experts. My philosophy is to build QA teams that possess the testing and technical expertise that prevent critical bugs, product knowledge to help build documentation that supports scalable training internally, and most importantly become critical members within your customers feedback loop that become internal advocates of your product that provide invaluable feedback to your product and design teams.
